In this journey, we will explore global environmental issues related to food and
land use, improve food delivery systems, and fight hunger. We will also learn about
food production, distribution, and the consumption processes. We will combine the
knowledge of food systems with the urgency of environmental issues to create a vision
for change. This program will culminate in a "Take Action" project where we get to
address these issues by educating others, promoting local eating, or implementing
hands-on solutions like community gardens.
