Sequoia Day Camp

Sequoia Day Camp is open to girls who are entering Pre-K through 11th grade in fall 2022. Camp is 100% volunteer run, all fees go directly back to the girls. We only operate one week in the summer, so register early and don't miss the fun! Our camp is fully outdoors! We want girls to have fun, meet new friends and try new things. Our theme this year is Be Wild Be Free! Girls rotate through different stations each day - making crafts, learning about science and outdoor skills, doing physical activities, singing songs, playing games, and just having fun together. Depending on the position you volunteer for, you may qualify for early registration and/or discounted camp tuition (see website for details). Registration opens March 4th for scouts in a Newbury Park Troop. Registration opens March 18th for scouts from other Service Units.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds after the registration deadline.
The Girl Scout membership fee of $25 is nonrefundable. This is GSUSA policy.
Refund requests should be made in writing to info@girlscoutsccc.org by the last day of registration for full refund minus the membership fee. Must include:
- Name and date of the event/program/camp/training being cancelled
- The session being canceled (if applicable)
- Registrant's name and last name
- Reason for the refund request
No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
Discounts and cookie credits cannot be reused if registration is cancelled.
No refunds will be issued if registrant leaves before the end of the event/program/camp/training due to disciplinary action, homesickness, or upon parental request
No refunds will be issued if a registrant is dropped prior to the event/program/camp/training due to incomplete or missing paperwork or not meeting prerequisites.
If you have a family emergency (severe sickness or death in the immediate family) after the registration deadline that is preventing you from attending, send an email to info@girlscoutsccc.org with the information stated above for a refund request. Request must be received in writing within 24 hours of the event start day for the refund request to be considered.
