This class invites students to improve self-awareness, self-care, and self-compassion. Students will build confidence, gain strength, and improve and flexibility. Classes are focused on students who are new to yoga and emphasizes a mind, body, and breath connection. Students will flow through the most important yoga poses that you do at a yoga studio. There will be music and flow with a positive and uplifting music playlist. Yoga classes are a safe environment for students to learn and practice yoga and mindfulness to help them navigate their daily lives. Through honest communication and problem-solving, yoga gives students the opportunity to work through the challenges they face as they are growing up. Yoga can support adolescents in their sense of identity and body awareness.
Students will receive a fun patch upon completion of the class.
