This class invites students to help define breathe, yoga poses, and mindfulness. This is a fun and relaxation 30 minutes class. Students will learn breathing exercises, yoga poses, games, and music, and implement tools that will help healthy and strong in their bodies and minds.
Benefits:
Students will develop strength, flexibility, and balance in their minds and bodies. Yoga helps you to improve your health and fitness. Through breathing, yoga poses, games, students will implement yoga in their lives. Students will receive a fun patch upon completion of the class.
