This class invites students to help define breathe, yoga poses, and mindfulness. Students will learn breathing exercises, yoga poses, games, and music, and implement tools that will help healthy and strong in their bodies and minds. This yoga class will be led virtually but will be hosted in person, so come learn some yoga with your fellow Girl Scouts. No experience is required.
