Join a California University of Monterey Bay Biology student for this fun and Interactive workshop

Girls will learn about the DNA of a strawberry in a hands-on laboratory exercise!

Girls will:

• Extract DNA from a strawberry
• Discuss the real-world implications of experiments
• Learn about the safe handling of research materials
• Explore careers within STEAM

Fee includes: program, patch and snacks

Participants should bring an apron, wear close toes shoes and pull hair back
