Simi Valley Day Camp in a Box

Join us for our "Camp-in-a-Box" program!

What’s a “camp-in-a-box”?
Girls will get a box filled with supplies for camp, as well as the camp t-shirt and camp patch. Instructions for each day’s activities will be posted on our website so campers can choose to do all of that day’s activities that day or they can space them out to make the fun last for several weeks! This also means families who will be on vacation (or still in school) during the official camp week can still participate.

Who can participate?
All Girl Scout levels are welcome to participate.
Parents and K-12 brothers can sign up, too!

Simi Valley Girl Scout Day Camp is:
$40 for the week for all participants

Everyone receives:
* Camp T-Shirt
* Camp Participation Patch
* A box of supplies for the camp activities

All Girl Scouts will also earn:
* The “Think Like a Citizen Scientist” Journey patch set.

Cancellation Policy
  • No refunds after the registration deadline.
  • The Girl Scout membership fee of $25 is nonrefundable. This is GSUSA policy.
  • Refund requests should be made in writing to by the last day of registration for full refund minus the membership fee. Must include:
    • Name and date of the event/program/camp/training being cancelled
    • The session being canceled (if applicable)
    • Registrant's name and last name
    • Reason for the refund request
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
  • Discounts and cookie credits cannot be reused if registration is cancelled.
  • No refunds will be issued if registrant leaves before the end of the event/program/camp/training due to disciplinary action, homesickness, or upon parental request
  • No refunds will be issued if a registrant is dropped prior to the event/program/camp/training due to incomplete or missing paperwork or not meeting prerequisites.
  • If you have a family emergency (severe sickness or death in the immediate family) after the registration deadline that is preventing you from attending, send an email to with the information stated above for a refund request. Request must be received in writing within 24 hours of the event start day for the refund request to be considered.
