Senior: Locavore Badge
Discover the power of eating local and supporting your community! 🌱🥕 Seniors explore where food comes from, how local food systems work, and why choosing locally grown products matters for people and the planet. Through hands-on activities, research, and real-world connections, girls learn about sustainability, food equity, and environmental impact. By the end, they’ll be informed consumers and advocates—ready to make thoughtful food choices that nourish both their bodies and their communities! 🌍✨

Cost $10.00 per Girl

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we want to support families while also ensuring our programs run smoothly. Refunds & Reschedules • Requests must be submitted at least 3 days before the program start date. • All requests must be submitted by creating a case through info@girlscoutsccc.org. • If approved, you may choose a refund or a reschedule/transfer to another available program. Less Than 3 Days Before a Program • Refunds and reschedules are not available if requested within 3 days of the program start date. • Exceptional circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency) may be considered for a transfer only. Refunds are not provided. Reschedules/Transfers • You may transfer to another program of equal or lesser value (no refunds are given if the new program costs less). • Transfers to a higher-priced program are allowed only if the payment difference is made at the time of transfer. • Once a registration has been rescheduled, it is not eligible for a refund later, even if the new program falls within the 3-day window. Council-Initiated Changes • If we cancel or reschedule a program, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to another program.
