Event Timeline:
Friday August 4, 2023
6:30-6:45 PM- Check in at front gate and forms submissions.

Please have all personal belongings outside of vehicles and ready to move inside the Zoo.

6:45-7:30 PM- Tent/Camp Set up

7:30-9:45 PM- touring, activities and s’mores.

9:45- 10:00 PM- Bedtime prep 10:00 PM- Bedtime/Quite time/low light

Saturday August 5, 2023
All personal items and camping gear should be brought back to your vehicles before breakfast. We recommend getting up at 7:00 AM. However, if you group feels that they will need more than one hour to break down and pack up that you wake up earlier to meet you timing needs.

7:00 AM – Recommended wake up, camp break down and gear returned to vehicles

8:00 AM – Breakfast

9:00-10:30 AM- train rides, animal encounters, tours and keeper talks

*10:30- Program ends and guests are welcome to enjoy the zoo at their leisure for the remainder of the day.
