Our retail program center invites Junior Girl Scouts to explore how paddle boats work, design and build a rubber-band powered paddle boat, test your rubber-band powered paddle boat, analyze and share your results, and brainstorm ways to improve your design. When you've earned this badge, you'll know how to build and test a paddle boat and understand buoyancy, potential energy, and kinetic energy.

Registration Fee: $10.00 - includes badge

Registrants agree to the following  COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines

  • Stay home if you or anyone in your household is sick or has exhibited symptoms of COVID-19 in the last two weeks. 
  • Must wear a mask during check-in and when in common areas such as restrooms and parking facilities, or in any area where unable to physically distance from members outside of your own household. 
  • Avoid shaking hands, bumping fists or elbows, and other physical contact with other groups. 

Visitors must be prepared for potential guidelines changes or canceled reservations as industry guidelines change. Girl Scouts of California's Central Coast must comply with all Cal/OSHA standards and is subject to change to adhere guidance from local authorities as well as guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the California Department of Public Health (CDPH).

Los registrantes aceptan las siguientes pautas de prevención de COVID-19
