*This event is open house style. Girls can attend either day and spend as much time at the show as they would like. 

Girls will earn a fun “Rock Out” fun patch  when they attend the Oxnard Gem & Mineral Society Expo!

The expo will host about 50 display cases and educational booths!

Girls can also earn a National Park Service Paleontologist Junior Ranger Badge by completing an activity book and bringing it to the expo. (Contact Lindsey Hatlee  lhatlee@girlscoutsccc.org to order activity books) 

Wear warm comfortable layered clothing and closed toe shoes. Bring a reusable water bottle.

No tagalongs. No pets.

This is not a drop off event

Troop leader or adult chaperone is required to have all traveling forms for each participating girl.
