Cancellation Policy
We’re thrilled to have you join us at the Thousand Oaks Program Center! We are located in the outside and downstairs area of The Oaks mall. We recommend parking at 186 W. Hillcrest Dr. right in front of the T - Mobile. Enter towards Paw Works and you will see us to the right of Zumiez, just at the bottom of the stairs from the AMC theater. More parking can be found in the AMC parking lot. You will have to pass the theater and head downstairs. An elevator can be found next the Sleep Train Mattress store!
