Join Girl Scouts for our monthly yoga session with KJ Jones, a local yoga instructor and business owner who is passionate about
empowering individuals and creating community.
Girls will spend the session moving through poses, working on their breath, and practicing self empowerment and love.

This event is open to registered Girl Scout Cadettes, Seniors,
Ambassadors and any registered female Girl Scout Volunteers. It is also open to non-registered girls grades 6-12. All must register.
If you are an adult and not participating in the yoga session we ask that you drop your girl off at 12:50 and return at 2:00 to pick her up. We will be locking the doors at 1:00 to begin the session. If you are late we are unable to admit you or provide a refund.
Wear comfortable clothing that stretches, bring a water bottle and your own yoga mat.
No tag-a-longs
