It’s time to craft, connect, and celebrate friendship—Girl Scout style! In this joyful all-levels patch program, Girl Scouts will dive into the tradition of SWAPS (Special Whatchamacallits Affectionately Pinned Somewhere), creating and exchanging handmade tokens with new friends from near and far. Scouts will get to design their own meaningful mini-creations, learn about the history of SWAPS, and practice sharing stories and kindness as they trade their treasures. With music, laughter, and plenty of creative fun, this SWAP Party is the perfect way to build friendships across levels and leave with a heart full of memories.

 

Got GSCCC Credits? You can use your girl or troop credits to register for this program.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we want to support families while also ensuring our programs run smoothly. Refunds & Reschedules · Requests must be submitted at least 3 days before the program start date. · All requests must be submitted by creating a case through info@girlscoutsccc.org. · If approved, you may choose a refund or a reschedule/transfer to another available program. Less Than 3 Days Before a Program · Refunds and reschedules are not available if requested within 3 days of the program start date. · Exceptional circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency) may be considered for a transfer only. Refunds are not provided. Reschedules/Transfers · You may transfer to another program of equal or lesser value (no refunds are given if the new program costs less). · Transfers to a higher-priced program are allowed only if the payment difference is made at the time of transfer. · Once a registration has been rescheduled, it is not eligible for a refund later, even if the new program falls within the 3-day window. Council-Initiated Changes · If we cancel or reschedule a program, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to another program.
