Join us for a sparkly, smile-filled SWAP party where Girl Scouts come together to share creativity and make new friends! SWAPS (Special Whatchamacallits Affectionately Pinned Somewhere) are handmade tokens of friendship that Girl Scouts exchange with each other—and this event is all about the fun of crafting, swapping, and connecting. Girls will design their own unique SWAPS, practice friendly introductions, and participate in silly, sweet icebreaker games that celebrate kindness, creativity, and sisterhood. Whether you're a seasoned SWAPper or brand new to the tradition, you're guaranteed to leave with a pocket full of keepsakes and a heart full of new friendships.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we want to support families while also ensuring our programs run smoothly. Refunds & Reschedules · Requests must be submitted at least 3 days before the program start date. · All requests must be submitted by creating a case through info@girlscoutsccc.org. · If approved, you may choose a refund or a reschedule/transfer to another available program. Less Than 3 Days Before a Program · Refunds and reschedules are not available if requested within 3 days of the program start date. · Exceptional circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency) may be considered for a transfer only. Refunds are not provided. Reschedules/Transfers · You may transfer to another program of equal or lesser value (no refunds are given if the new program costs less). · Transfers to a higher-priced program are allowed only if the payment difference is made at the time of transfer. · Once a registration has been rescheduled, it is not eligible for a refund later, even if the new program falls within the 3-day window. Council-Initiated Changes · If we cancel or reschedule a program, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to another program.
