In this program girls will help clean stalls, learn how to groom, and learn the basics of horseback riding. Girls will also learn basic horse behavior and safety. This is a hands-on program that teaches girls about the responsibility and dedication it takes to care for horses.

This program will satisfy the badge requirements for the Junior Horseback Riding Badge.

Price: $65 per girl

Due to the nature of the permissions given to registrants, only legal parents/guardians may register their own girls.

All interactions with the horses (including petting, feeding, and riding) are at the discretion of the instructor.

Age Levels Allowed for Equine Programs:

Daisies (K,1st): Mane Masters, Howdy Horses, Cowgirl Up, Cowgirl Roping, Filly Fun, Pony Pastries

Brownies (2nd, 3rd): Mane Masters, Howdy Horses, Cowgirl Up, Cowgirl Roping, Filly Fun, Pony Pastries, Cowgirl Adventures

Juniors (4th, 5th): Junior Horseback Riding Badge, Goat Wranglers, Cattle Wranglers, Longhorn Wranglers, Filly Fun, Pony Pastries, Cowgirl Adventures

Cadettes (6th,7th,8th): Goat Wranglers, Cattle Wranglers, Longhorn Wranglers, Horseback Riding, Mare Magic

Seniors (9th, 10th): Goat Wranglers, Cattle Wranglers, Longhorn Wranglers, Horseback Riding, Mare Magic

Ambassadors (11th, 12th): Goat Wranglers, Cattle Wranglers, Longhorn Wranglers, Horseback Riding, Mare Magic
