Sponsored by Soroptimist International of Oxnard, with special guest Detective Ash'lee Grey from the Ventura Police Department Special Victims Unit, this powerful program invites all Cadette, Senior, and Ambassador Girl Scouts with their parent or guardian to take part in an important conversation about human trafficking. Together, we will recognize and understand this critical issue, explore proactive measures to help victims, and learn ways to prevent future incidents. This special session is designed to empower Girl Scouts to become informed advocates who can make a meaningful difference in their communities. By working together in a supportive environment, we can shine a light on this pressing global issue and protect those who are most vulnerable.
