Howdy Horses

This enchanting program is perfect for young explorers eager to discover the world of majestic horses. Girls will have the chance to connect with these noble creatures up close and unleash their creativity through a fun arts and crafts project they will cherish forever. While we won't be riding the horses, dressing up for the occasion is all part of the fun! So, grab your boots and join us for a journey of discovery and imagination!

NOTE - This program does not involve horseback riding. Proper attire is still required.

Price: $25 per girl

Due to the nature of the permissions given to registrants, only legal parents/guardians may register their own girls.

All interactions with the horses (including petting, feeding, and riding) are at the discretion of the instructor.

Age levels for Camp Arnaz Programs:

Daisies (K, 1st): Timber Trailblazers, Slingshot Stars, Colorpop Slingshots, Howdy horses, Pony Pastries, Filly Fun, Cowgirl Roping, Mane Masters, Cowgirl Up, Cowgirl Adventures, Astronomy, ARTchery and Archery Games

Juniors (4th, 5th): Timber Trailblazers, Slingshot Stars, DASHing Divas, Nature Navigators, Flighted Friends, Culinary Stars, Women in Construction, all Archery programs, all BB Gun programs

Cadettes (6th, 7th, 8th): Timber Trailblazers, Slingshot Stars, DASHing Divas, Nature Navigators, Flighted Friends, Culinary Stars, Women in Construction, Axe Throwing, all Archery programs, all BB Gun programs

Seniors (9th, 10th): Timber Trailblazers, Slingshot Stars, DASHing Divas, Nature Navigators, Flighted Friends, Culinary Stars, Women in Construction, Axe Throwing, all Archery programs, all BB Gun programs

Ambassadors (11th, 12th): Timber Trailblazers, Slingshot Stars, DASHing Divas, Nature Navigators, Flighted Friends, Culinary Stars, Women in Construction, Axe Throwing, all Archery programs, all BB Gun programs

Notice: All Camp Arnaz activities are subject to cancellation or rescheduling due to inclement weather, staffing emergencies, and unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we want to support families while also ensuring our programs run smoothly. Refunds & Reschedules • Requests must be submitted at least 3 days before the program start date. • All requests must be submitted by creating a case through info@girlscoutsccc.org. • If approved, you may choose a refund or a reschedule/transfer to another available program. Less Than 3 Days Before a Program • Refunds and reschedules are not available if requested within 3 days of the program start date. • Exceptional circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency) may be considered for a transfer only. Refunds are not provided. Reschedules/Transfers • You may transfer to another program of equal or lesser value (no refunds are given if the new program costs less). • Transfers to a higher-priced program are allowed only if the payment difference is made at the time of transfer. • Once a registration has been rescheduled, it is not eligible for a refund later, even if the new program falls within the 3-day window. Council-Initiated Changes • If we cancel or reschedule a program, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to another program.
