Grab your sleeping bag and your besties—it’s time for a Girl Scout night to remember! In this special overnight patch program, girls will enjoy a fun-filled evening packed with laughter, creativity, and bonding. From dance parties to games, crafts, and late-night snacks, it’s all about building sisterhood and making memories that last long after lights out. Whether they’re watching a movie in pajamas, sharing stories, or just enjoying quality time together, Scouts will strengthen their friendships, practice independence, and experience the joy of a classic girls’ night—Girl Scout style!

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we want to support families while also ensuring our programs run smoothly. Refunds & Reschedules · Requests must be submitted at least 3 days before the program start date. · All requests must be submitted by creating a case through info@girlscoutsccc.org. · If approved, you may choose a refund or a reschedule/transfer to another available program. Less Than 3 Days Before a Program · Refunds and reschedules are not available if requested within 3 days of the program start date. · Exceptional circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency) may be considered for a transfer only. Refunds are not provided. Reschedules/Transfers · You may transfer to another program of equal or lesser value (no refunds are given if the new program costs less). · Transfers to a higher-priced program are allowed only if the payment difference is made at the time of transfer. · Once a registration has been rescheduled, it is not eligible for a refund later, even if the new program falls within the 3-day window. Council-Initiated Changes · If we cancel or reschedule a program, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to another program.
