C'mon Girl Scouts - catch some reel fun!
Girl Scouts Gone Fishin' is a 3-hour outdoor experience consisting of a fishing trip at the local pier. This three-hour adventure includes fishing, knot tying, baiting, casting, wildlife exploration and coastal stewardship. During these activities, students will engage in problem solving and team building while learning about the local marine life and how to protect it while able to take what’s able to be harvested. Students will gain occupational and leadership experience, while “catching a memory” and actively learning about the coastal environment.
$35.00 includes fun patch & workbook for Girl Scouts - adults who wish to watch and not participate do not need to register but will not be allowed to assist your Girl Scouts or fish.
Parking $10 in parking structure next to pier
