Step into your first leadership role—babysitter extraordinaire! 👶💪 Cadettes learn how to care for younger children safely and responsibly while building real-world skills that make them confident and capable leaders. Through hands-on activities, role-playing, and first aid basics, girls practice problem-solving, communication, and emergency response. By the end, they’ll be ready to handle anything from playtime to band-aids with calm, care, and confidence! 🌟🩹
