With the Cybersecurity Basics badge, Girl Scout Juniors will explore how computers work and learn how to spot dangers online. Through games and activities, they’ll discover how to protect their information and why it’s important to be kind and smart when using technology.
From social media to schoolwork, Cadettes are online more than ever—and that means knowing how to stay safe is essential. With the Cybersecurity Basics badge, girls will learn how data travels across the internet, how hackers try to steal information, and what steps they can take to protect themselves and others. It’s all about building strong digital habits and becoming a smart, responsible internet user.
