Discover how listening, empathy, and understanding can help bring people together. Cadettes will explore different perspectives, strengthen their communication skills, and learn strategies for building positive relationships—even when opinions differ. Through thoughtful discussions and collaborative experiences, they'll gain the confidence to lead with respect, foster inclusion, and create stronger, more connected communities.

Cadette Girl Scouts will earn the Finding Common Ground Badge.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we want to support families while also ensuring our programs run smoothly. Refunds & Reschedules • Requests must be submitted at least 3 days before the program start date. • All requests must be submitted through info@girlscoutsccc.org. • If approved, you may choose a refund or a reschedule/transfer to another available program. Less Than 3 Days Before a Program • Refunds and reschedules are not available if requested within 3 days of the program start date. • Exceptional circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency) may be considered for a transfer only. Refunds are not provided. Reschedules/Transfers • You may transfer to another program of equal or lesser value (no refunds are given if the new program costs less). • Transfers to a higher-priced program are allowed only if the payment difference is made at the time of transfer. • Once a registration has been rescheduled, it is not eligible for a refund later, even if the new program falls within the 3-day window. Council-Initiated Changes • If we cancel or reschedule a program, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to another program.
