This class is designed for troop leaders and volunteers that work with Cadette level troops.  Topics will include how to achieve a girl-led troop, Journey choices and selection, badge program over-view and additional awards offered at this level.  Group will also discuss troop meeting formats and how to energize your troop for a fun and productive year!  Class will be led by an adult volunteer with 20 years of experience leading this age-level.
