Junior Agent of Change is a four-session leadership journey for Juniors. Through stories of inspiring women, hands-on activities, and teamwork, girls discover their own power to lead and make a difference. By planning and carrying out a community Take Action project, they grow as individuals, collaborate as a team, and strengthen their connection to their community—earning three leadership awards along the way: Power of One, Power of Team, and Power of Community.
