It is with a heavy heart that we share our decision to cancel all council-wide, troop and SU programming effective immediately until April 30th, 2020.

Join us for a 4 mile round trip hike and tour of the Point San Luis Lighthouse!

Hike to the Lighthouse is around 2 miles each way. Totaling 4 miles. Hikers must be a minimum of 9 years old. There is no transportation to or from the Lighthouse for this trip, so those who hike in must be certain they will be able to hike out. 

The hike is fairly flat, but does have a few steep inclines at certain places. There are also spots along the cliff that appear steep.

Hikers should wear comfortable closed shoes, long pants, and bring a water bottle, lunch, and an easy to carry layer such as a sweatshirt. Weather is around 56 degrees that day and will most likely fluctuate.

Check in begins at 8:30-8:45

No tagalongs. No pets.
This is not a drop off event.
