DESCRIPTION:In honor of World Mental Health Day, Seniors and Ambassadors are invited to a safe, empowering space to explore mental wellness, break down stigma, and discover healthy ways to support both themselves and others. Through guided reflection, open conversation, and hands-on activities, girls will earn the "Showing Up for Me and You" badge by building real-life tools for resilience, empathy, and self-care. \n  \n  \n This program goes beyond surface-level wellness—girls will dive into topics like stress management, boundaries, gratitude, and how to be there for friends in need, all while fostering a supportive peer environment. \n  \n  \n Got GSCCC Credits? You can use your girl or troop credits to register for this program. \n  \n  \n When registering for this or any program, enter your code as a gift card (gold card with a red bow) at check out. \n  \n  \n Programs are open to currently registered Girl Scouts.
