DESCRIPTION:Friday, August 12, 2022 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM and \n  \n  \n Saturday, August 13, 2022 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM \n  \n  \n All girls entering 7th grade and above are invited to attend Program Aide Core Training. \n  \n  \n Program Aide Core Training Flyer \n  \n  \n Program Aide Core Training is a council-designed leadership course and one of the steps required to earning the Program Aide pin and the Counselor in Training pin.  Girls will learn about what it means to be a PA (Program Aide) and ways to engage and be a role model to younger Girl Scouts.  You can find more information about the Program Aide pin in the Volunteer Toolkit under Cadette Resources. \n  \n  \n This class will be taught over two days.  Girls need to attend both days to complete training. \n  \n  \n Girls need to bring their lunch on Saturday. \n  \n  \n Dress appropriately for games including closed-toed shoes. \n  \n  \n This class will be taught in person, both inside and outside. \n  \n  \n The California Blueprint for a Safer Economy is the basis for permitting in-person activities.  Caregivers and volunteers should consult this guidance to decide whether or not to attend an in-person Girl Scout meeting or event or to allow their girl to attend. \n  \n  \n Event Fee $25.00 \n  \n  \n Registration Closes Aug. 6, 2022 \n
